NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The 2012 Nissan Keep Summer Rolling Service Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Nissan Canada Inc. (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on August 01, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on October 31, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Commencing on July 31, 2012 approximately 307,852 direct mail packages (the "DM(s)") will be delivered to select existing Nissan Canada Inc., customers in Canada inviting them to enter the Sweepstakes. Each DM will include a unique PIN code (the "PIN") which they may use to register for the Sweepstakes (see Rule 2i). Each PIN is unique and can only be used by the original named recipient of the DM. PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL PIN CODE FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES. ALL PIN CODES ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR.

1. Eligibility: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must: (i) be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority at time of entry in the province/territory in which he/she resides and (ii) own or lease a Nissan brand vehicle prior to commencement of the Sweepstakes Period. This Sweepstakes is not open to employees, representatives or agents (and those with whom such persons are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, dealers, prize suppliers, advertising/promotion agencies and the independent contest organization (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Parties").
2. HOW TO REGISTER FOR AND ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: : To enter the Sweepstakes, you must first register. There are three (3) ways to register for the Sweepstakes.
   1. i. Website (with PIN): If you receive a DM with your PIN, during the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.nissansummersweepstakes.ca (the "Website") and enter the PIN found inside your DM and upon doing so, the entry form (the "Entry Form") will automatically populate with your information, including your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, a valid email address and your Vehicle Identification Number ("VIN"). Please verify that your information is correct and add in or correct any missing or incorrect information. Next, answer without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question appearing on- screen, confirm compliance with, and agree to be legally bound by, these Official Rules, and if you wish to do so, indicate whether you would like to receive future communication regarding upcoming events and/or promotions from the Sponsor (optional). Upon doing so, click the "Submit" icon to see if you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize (see Rule 4ii). Note: You will only be eligible to win an Instant-Win Prize if you correctly answered the skill-testing question appearing on-screen. By clicking the "Submit" icon you will also receive one (1) entry (the "Main Entry/Entries") into the Grand Prize Draw. If it is determined that you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize, a message will automatically appear on-screen informing you that you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize and you will be given information about delivery to you of the Instant-Win Prize and advising that your Main Entry has been entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw. If the Entry Form does not automatically populate with your information, then please complete the Entry Form with your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, a valid email address and your VIN. Next, answer without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question appearing on-screen, confirm compliance with and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules and if you wish to do so, indicate whether you would like to receive future communication regarding upcoming events and/or promotions from the Sponsor (optional). Upon doing so, click the "Submit" icon to see if you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize (see Rule 4ii). Website (with Repair Order): Between August 01, 2012 and September 30, 2012 (the "Service Period"), visit your local Nissan dealership to have your Nissan vehicle serviced and receive a receipt containing a Repair Order number (the "Repair Order"). Next, visit the Website and enter the PIN found inside your DM or enter your VIN and, upon doing so, the Entry Form may (depending on the Sponsor's official records) automatically populate with your information, including your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, and a valid email address. If the Entry Form does not automatically populate with your information, then please complete the Entry Form with your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, a valid email address, and your VIN. Next, enter your Repair Order number located on your receipt (optional). NOTE: HAVING A REPAIR ORDER DOES NOT IMPROVE OR INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Next, answer without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question appearing on-screen, confirm compliance with and agree to be legally bound by these Official Rules, and if you wish to do so, indicate whether you would like to receive future communication regarding upcoming events and/or promotions from the Sponsor (optional). Upon doing so, click the "Submit" icon to see if you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize (see Rule 4ii). Note: You will only be eligible to win an Instant-Win Prize if you correctly answered the skill-testing question appearing on-screen. By clicking the "Submit" icon you will also receive one (1) Main Entry into the Grand Prize Draw. If it is determined that you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize, a message will automatically appear on-screen informing you that you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize and you will be given information about delivery to you of the Instant-Win Prize and advising that your Main Entry has been entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw. An email will also be sent to the email address provided at time of entry with information about delivery of the Instant-Win Prize. If it is determined that you are not the winner of an Instant-Win Prize, a message will automatically appear on-screen advising that your Main Entry has been entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw.
   4. iv. Grand Prize Draw Additional Entries and Bonus Entries: a) During the Sweepstakes Period, visit a participating Nissan Dealership across Canada and pick up a free (no purchase or service necessary) Nissan Keep Summer Rolling Service Scratch Card (the "Scratch Card"), while supplies last. There are nine (9) balloons on the Scratch Card that will reveal either three (3), four (4) or five (5) additional entries ("Additional Entries") into the Grand Prize Draw. There is a maximum of five (5) Additional Entries per person/Scratch Card. To receive the Additional Entries you must first have registered for the Sweepstakes (as outlined in Rule 2). Once you have registered (or if you have already registered), please return to the Sweepstakes Website (as outlined below in Rule 3). On the Website, enter the bonus code ("Bonus Code") found on the Scratch Card in the field indicated on the screen and click "Submit". Upon doing so, you will automatically receive the Additional Entries (as specified on the Scratch Card) into the Grand Prize Draw. Limit of one (1) Bonus Code per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
      b) Upon entering the Sweepstakes, a Carnival Game (the "Game") will appear on your screen. To play the Game, click on the "Play Now" icon and upon completing the Game, you will receive one (1) bonus entry (the "Bonus Entry") into the Grand Prize Draw. You may play the Game as often as you wish during the Sweepstakes Period, however, there is a limit of three (3) Bonus Entries per person per day (defined as 12:00:01 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET) during the Sweepstakes Period. For greater certainty, you will receive one (1) Bonus Entry into the Grand Prize Draw each time you complete a Game play during the Sweepstakes Period ? up to a maximum of three (3) Bonus Entries per person per day (as defined above). Bonus Entries will automatically be tracked and allocated to your account based on the Sponsor's official records.
   All Main Entries, Additional Entries and Bonus Entries (collectively, the "Contest Entries") must be received on or before 11:59:59 pm ET on October 31, 2012 (the "Sweepstakes Closing Date").
   
   CONTEST ENTRY LIMITS:
   ?Main Entry Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Main Entry per person per day (defined as 12:00:01 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET) following your first entry into the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry (i.e. 2i or 2ii or 2iii).
   ?Additional Entry Limit: : The maximum number of Additional Entries that any one individual can obtain in this Sweepstakes is five (5) Additional Entries. This is only possible if you obtain a Scratch Card that reveals five (5) Additional Entries as outlined above in Rule 2iv (1) and subsequently enter the Bonus Code on the Website.
   ?Bonus Entries: There is a limit of three (3) Bonus Entries per person per day (defined as 12:00:01 am ET to 11:59:59 pm ET), regardless of how many times you play the Game.
   You must only use one (1) email address to register for and/or enter the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered that any person has attempted to (i) violate any of the Contest Entry limits noted above; and/or (ii) use (or attempt to use) multiple names, identities and/or more than one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes; then (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor) he/she may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and all of his/her Contest Entries voided. For greater certainty and the avoidance of any doubt, use (or attempted use) of multiple names, identities, email addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or disrupt this Sweepstakes is prohibited and is grounds for disqualification by the Sponsor. The Releasees (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Contest Entries (all of which are void).
3. RETURNING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES: If you are returning to the Sweepstakes to enter, after you have registered in accordance with Rule 2, visit the Website, click the "Log In" icon and enter your PIN or VIN where indicated. Next, answer without assistance of any kind, mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question appearing on-screen. Upon doing so, click the "Submit" icon to see if you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize (see Rule 4ii). Note: You will only be eligible to win an Instant-Win Prize if you correctly answered the skill-testing question appearing on-screen. By clicking the "Submit" icon you will also receive one (1) Main Entry into the Grand Prize Draw. If it is determined you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize, a message will automatically appear on-screen informing you that you are the winner of an Instant-Win Prize and you will be given information about delivery to you of the Instant-Win Prize and advising that your Main Entry has been entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw. An email will also be sent to the email address provided at time of entry with information about delivery of the Instant-Win Prize. If it is determined that you are not the winner of an Instant-Win Prize, a message will automatically appear on-screen advising that your Main Entry has been entered automatically into the Grand Prize Draw. If you do not have your PIN or VIN readily available to re-enter the Sweepstakes, click on the "forgot your PIN or VIN?" icon, enter your email address provided at time of entry and, upon doing so, an email will be sent to the email address provided at time of entry containing a unique confirmation ID ("Confirmation ID"), which you may use to return to enter the Sweepstakes.
4. PRIZES: There are a total of three hundred twenty-one (321) Prizes (the "Prizes") available to be won during the Sweepstakes Period.
1. GRAND PRIZE:: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of the winner's choice of one (1) of the following three (3) Nissan vehicles:
1. a) One (1) 2013 Maxima 3.5SV Premium Package with an approximate retail value of $40,000.00 (CDN) including destination/freight charges and PST/GST/HST
   
   OR
   
1. b) One (1) 2013 Altima 3.5SV with an approximate retail value of $30,000.00 (CDN) including destination/freight charges and PST/GST/HST
   
   OR
   
1. c) One (1) 2012 Murano AWD SL with an approximate retail value of $40,000.00 (CDN) including destination/freight charges and PST/GST/HST.

Grand Prize will not be released unless and until the declared Grand Prize winner first shows proof of having a valid driver's license (equivalent to a full "G" class license in Ontario) in the province/territory in which he/she resides and proof of satisfactory insurance. Manufacturer's warranty applies to the Grand Prize. Colour and other specifics of the Grand Prize will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (subject to availability). The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and expenses that are not included in the prize description above, including but not limited to: registration and license fees, insurance, additional accessories and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering or using the vehicle. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with any upgrade or option package he/she may request and which the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is willing to provide at winner's cost. In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution and is not transferable or assignable (except as allowed in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion) and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize or a component of the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, including without limitation, but at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, a cash award.
ii. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: There are three hundred twenty (320) Instant-Win Prizes available to be won during the Sweepstakes Period, each consisting of a $50.00 (CDN) Service Rewards Gift Card (the "Gift Card") redeemable at any Nissan dealer across Canada. The Gift Card will expire one (1) year from the date the Gift Card is awarded. As Instant-Win Prizes are claimed, the number of Instant-Win Prizes available will be reduced accordingly. Instant-Win Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable. The Sponsor reserves the right in the event that an Instant-Win Prize or any component of an Instant-Win Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability. Limit of one (1) Instant-Win Prize per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning an Instant-Win Prize will depend on the time an eligible person's Entry is recorded by the Sweepstakes computer (see Rule 5).
5. INSTANT WIN PRIZES AND DETERMINATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS OF INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Instant-Win Prizes will be made available to be won, allocated on a random basis, at time intervals through the Sweepstakes Period (each a "time interval") the time at which the submission of a Main Entry is recorded by the Sweepstakes computer will determine whether an eligible person is a potential (provided he/she has correctly answered the skill-testing question and has not previously won an Instant-Win Prize in this Sweepstakes) winner of an Instant-Win Prize. Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, the first eligible person who submits a Main Entry that is recorded by the Sweepstakes computer on or after a designated winning time is the potential (provided he/she has correctly answered the skill-testing question and has not previously won an Instant-Win Prize in this Sweepstakes) winner of an Instant-Win Prize which will be allocated to him/her at the time his/her Main Entry is so recorded by the Sweepstakes computer. If no Main Entry is recorded by the Sweepstakes computer during a time interval, subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, the right to win an Instant-Win Prize during that time interval will remain available until it is exercised and, if such is the case, will be carried over into and will be available to be potentially exercised in the next time interval. Therefore, as the Sweepstakes proceeds, it is possible that more than one right to win an Instant-Win Prize will be available to be exercised during a particular time interval. If that occurs, the Sweepstakes computer will allocate an Instant-Win Prize to the eligible person who submits the first Main Entry recorded by the Sweepstakes computer for that time interval and will allocate an Instant-Win Prize to the eligible person who submits the next Main Entry recorded by the Sweepstakes computer for that time interval and so on.
6. GRAND PRIZE DRAW: : A random draw for the Grand Prize will be held on November 08, 2012 at approximately 10:00 am ET, (the "Draw Date") at the offices of Promotion Solutions, 2390 Bristol Circle #3 in Oakville, Ontario, from among all eligible Contest Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Odds of being selected for the Grand Prize ultimately depend on the total number of eligible Contest Entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. The selected entrant will be contacted by mail and/or telephone and/or email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date. If the selected entrant: (a) cannot be reached by mail and/or telephone and/or email within five (5) business days of the Draw Date (or, if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable); (b) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question (see Rule 7); (c) fails to return the properly executed Release Form within the specified time (see Rule 7); and/or (d) cannot accept the Grand Prize as awarded for any reason, then he/she will be disqualified and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Contest Entries (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new selected entrant). The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
7. To be declared the confirmed Grand Prize Winner, the selected entrant must: (i) answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by mail or telephone (at a mutually convenient time); and (ii) sign and return the Sponsor's declaration and release form (the "Release Form"), which (among other things): (a) confirms compliance with these Rules; (b) acknowledges acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded; and (c) releases the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes, the selected entrant's participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Grand Prize or any portion thereof. The Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Release Form (ten (10) business days) or the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
8. To be declared an Instant-Win Prize winner, each selected entrant's answer to the mathematical skill-testing question must be determined by Sponsor (in its sole and absolute discretion) to be correctly answered. By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting an Instant-Win Prize, each Instant-Win Prize winner hereby: (a) confirms compliance with these Rules; (b) acknowledges acceptance of the Instant-Win Prize as awarded; and (c) releases the Releasees from any and all liability in connection with this Sweepstakes, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Instant-Win Prize or any portion thereof.
9. AWARDING OF PRIZES: :
   1. i. Grand Prize: The confirmed Grand Prize winner will personally take delivery of the vehicle from a Nissan dealership within Canada reasonably close to his/her residence as determined by the Sponsor within forty-five (45) days of being declared the Grand Prize winner after presenting adequate personal identification and otherwise complying with these Rules. The Grand Prize Vehicle will not be released unless the winner first shows proof of having a valid driver's license in the province or territory in which he/she resides and satisfactory insurance.
   2. ii. Instant-Win Prizes:Instant-Win Prize winners will be sent by mail or courier to the address on the Entry Form, their Instant-Win Prize by the Sponsor within thirty (30) days of being declared an Instant-Win Prize winner in accordance with these Rules.
   3. GENERAL: : By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding, without right of appeal including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility and/or disqualification of entrants, Contest Entries (including Main Entries, Additional Entries and Bonus Entries), PINs, Bonus Codes, Scratch Cards and Confirmation IDs.
10. By entering and accepting a Prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province/territory), voice, statements about the Sweepstakes and/or photograph or other likeness without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever including print, broadcast or the internet with respect to the Sweepstakes.
11. The Releasees accept no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a Prize. The Releasees will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, falsified or destroyed Contest Entries (all such Contest Entries are void), Scratch Cards or PINs. PINs, Scratch Cards and/or Contest Entries that have been falsified, tampered with or altered are void. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of Contest Entries permitted by these Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all of the Contest Entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.
12. The Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the "Régie") in the province of Québec, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Sweepstakes (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor, with the consent of the Régie, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Sweepstakes, or to amend these Official Rules, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident or printing, administrative or other error of any kind, or for any other reason.
13. The Releasees will not be liable for: (i) any failure of the Website during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Contest Entry to be received and/or the failure of any Game play or PIN to be recorded for any reason including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; (iv) the failure of any entrant to receive a PIN or Scratch Card as outlined in these Official Rules; and/or (v) any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Sweepstakes.
14. All Contest Entries (including Main Entries, Additional Entries and Bonus Entries), PINs, Bonus Codes, Scratch Cards and Confirmation IDs are subject to verification by the Sponsor at any time and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to the Sponsor) ? including without limitation, government-issued photo identification) to participate in this Sweepstakes. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a timely manner may result in disqualification. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid Contest Entry in this Sweepstakes will be the Sweepstakes server machine(s).
15. All Scratch Cards and PINs are subject to verification and will automatically be void if not obtained through legitimate channels, or if illegible, altered, forged, defaced, mutilated, tampered with or irregular in any way or if the Scratch Card and PIN contains a printing or other error.
16. If, due to a printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more prizes are claimed than intended to be distributed or awarded according to these Official Rules, then in addition to having the right to terminate the Sweepstakes immediately, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to rescind invalid prize claims and/or conduct a random draw from amongst all eligible prize claimants to award the correct number of prizes. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules.
17. For Québec residents only: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity Sweepstakes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
18. All Contest Entries become the permanent property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No correspondence will be entered into, except with the selected entrants (or, any such replacement entrant as contemplated by these Rules). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
19. The Sponsor respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from entrants will only be used by the Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and, only if consent is given at the time of entry, to provide the entrants with information regarding upcoming promotions and/or events from the Sponsor. 20. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials including, but not limited to: the Sweepstakes Entry Form, Website French version of these Rules, and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or time frames stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant, Contest Entry (including Main Entries, Additional Entries and Bonus Entries), PIN, Bonus Code, Scratch Card and/or Confirmation ID with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Sweepstakes as contemplated in these Official Rules, or for any other reason.
